Q1: What is the mode of applying for the post?
Answer: Candidates must apply only through the Online Application Form. Candidates are required to submit the Online Application Form only. In case, a candidate submits more than one application, then latest application will be considered.
Q2: I have entered
incorrect data in my application by mistake. How can I correct it?
Answer: Before final submission, candidates can review and
edit their application. If all the details are correct, select the declaration
and click the "Final Submit" button. Once submitted, the data cannot
be modified. Therefore, candidates must ensure that all information entered is
accurate before submitting the form.
Q3: What documents should I retain for future reference?
Answer: Candidates should keep a copy of the Registered Application Form and photocopies of all relevant certificates/documents until the recruitment process is complete.
Q4: If I couldn’t print
my Online Application Form after its final submission, can I print it later?
Answer: Yes. If you are unable to print the Application Form after its final submission,
you can do so at a later time. However, it is advisable to print it before the
closing date of filling the online application.
Q5: Can the date of Practical Test and Interview be changed if it clashes with any another exam or interview?
Answer: The date of Practical Test/ Interview, once declared, will not be generally changed. Any change due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified on the official website of Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Q6: Are the educational qualification certificates and other uploaded documents required to be sent by post?
Answer: No, there is no need to send any certificates/documents by post. All the original documents i.e. Qualification Certificates, Date of Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, No Objection Certificate etc. will be checked at the time of testimonials checking or as and when called by the High Court.
Q7: What is the cut-off
date for academic qualification, age and experience?
Answer: The cut-off date for academic qualification and
required experience shall be the date of advertisement i.e. 04.08.2025 whereas
the cutoff date for calculating age shall be 04.08.2025
Q8: What is the last
date for submission of the Online Application Form?
Answer: 04.08.2025 is the last date for
submission of the Online Application Form.
